Tickets
You can buy tickets on our website — the Tickets button is available for all screenings. Depending on the cinema’s ticketing system, the Tickets button will open a widget (a ticket purchase form) by Yandex, Afisha or Kinokassa. You can also buy tickets directly at the cinema box office.
I didn’t receive my ticket
Check your Spam folder.
If you can’t find the ticket in Spam, click the Tickets purchase button for your selected screening again —
in the opened window next to the seating plan you will see the contact details. Please reach out there to resolve your issue.
Ticket refunds
If your screening is cancelled:
- If you bought the ticket online, the refund will be processed automatically. In some cases you may need to fill out a refund form — the rules are stated in your e-ticket.
- If you bought the ticket at the cinema box office, please contact the cinema directly to arrange the refund.
- If you bought tickets for one of our screenings at the Tretyakov Gallery, the refund form is here.
